Q: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

A: We are a professional manufacturer with over 10 years of battery pack building experience.

Q: What parameters needed to provide me right batteries?

A: Please advise your battery requirements as following:

-voltage (V), capacity (AH)

-Continuous and max discharge current (A), charge current

-Application / device of the battery, output power of the device(W)

-Size requirement, housing/case requirement

-Terminals of the battery

-Other functions such as communication, bluetooth, waterproof, high or low temperature or LOGO customization etc.

Q: Do you provide chargers for the batteries?

A: Sure we can provide matched chargers for your batteries if you need. You can also advise special requirement for the chargers, we will try to provide you right one.

Q: Do you accept sample order?

A: Yes, we welcome sample to test the quality, customized item is also available. OEM/ ODM service is provided.

Q: How should I place an order? And what is the payment way?

A: We will issue you a MIC order or PI, you can pay by T/T or Visa on MIC, or directly to our bank account. We will proceed the order once after we receive your payment.

Q: What about the lead time for sample and mass production?

A: About 7-15 days for sample production and 30-45 days for mass production depending on your order quantities, can be discussed.

Q: How to ship the batteries and do you have certificates for the batteries?

A: For samples normally by air express and for mass order normally by sea or air shipping.
If your required batteries are not our standard products, different parameters of the batteries need their own certificates, we will apply for the certificates from the institution, our batteries can easily pass all the tests. We can share or afford the certificate cost according to your order quantities.

Q: How about the quality guarantee period?

A: Our warranty is one year. Our production follows strict quality control process. We have various kinds of testing machines. All of our batteries are 100% tested and inspected before shipment. We provide long-term technical support and after-sale services.
